By accessing and using thepokemart.com.au, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These terms apply to all purchases made through ThePokeMart Collectables ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All trading card singles and sealed products are sold as described. Card conditions are graded to the best of our ability. Images are representative — minor variations in card condition may exist. We only sell authentic products.

3. Pricing All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders By placing an order you confirm you are 18+ or have parental consent. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud) and will issue a full refund if we do so.

5. Shipping We aim to dispatch within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party carriers once dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are significantly not as described. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Contact us before returning any item.

7. Liability To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
